Rediscovering Health Through Nutritional Therapy

In a world where quick fixes and fad diets dominate headlines, true health often feels elusive. But what if the key to wellbeing isn't found in the latest trend, but in understanding your own body?

I believe that your body communicates its needs through various signs and symptoms, and my role is to help you understand and respond to these signals.

Nutritional therapy isn't about restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's a journey of discovery – uncovering how different foods and lifestyle choices affect your energy, mood, and overall well being. Together, we'll translate your body's signals into actionable steps towards lasting health.

Whether you're grappling with persistent health issues or simply aiming to feel your best, nutritional therapy offers a path forward. It's not just about what you eat – it's about how you live, sleep, move, and manage stress. It's about seeing your health as an interconnected system and nurturing it holistically.

Curious about what your body is trying to tell you? Let's work together to decode its messages and boost your health.

My Approach: The Foundations of Health

My approach is built on what Nutritional Therapy calls "The Foundations of Health." These are the five cornerstones of wellness that, when properly supported, allow health to flow naturally.

Nutrient-Dense Diet

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

Optimal Digestion

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

Blood Sugar Regulation

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Quality Sleep

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

Stress Management

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.

When these foundations are strong and balanced, they create a synergy that allows your body to thrive naturally. Think of them as the roots of a tree—when nourished properly, they support vibrant growth above.

My role is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that's tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we'll explore how each of these areas impacts your health and develop strategies to optimize them.

This approach isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's about creating a robust foundation for lasting health, giving your body the support it needs to function at its best.

My Path to Nutritional Therapy

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I know what it's like to feel completely disconnected from your own body. Growing up, my relationship with food was complicated — years of processed eating, a difficult cycle of binge eating, and hormonal acne that just wouldn't budge, no matter what I tried.

Everything changed when I discovered the Whole30 program. For the first time, I wasn't restricting — I was nourishing. I fell in love with cooking with real, whole foods, and became fascinated by what food was actually doing inside my body. Working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner during that first Whole30 was a turning point. The changes I saw in my skin, my hormones, my inflammation, and my mood were genuinely astounding.

That experience led me straight to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I trained and graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2025. In addition to my NTP certification, I hold a BS in Marketing from Siena University. Today, I work 1:1 with both men and women online to help them untangle their own health puzzles — without restriction, overwhelm, or one-size-fits-all advice.

Because finding balance with food changed everything for me. And I believe it can for you too.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I bring more than just knowledge to our sessions – I bring understanding, empathy, and a commitment to your unique health journey.

My approach is:

Investigative: We'll dig deep to uncover the root causes of your health concerns, not just mask symptoms

Personalized: Your plan will be as unique as you are, adapted to your body, lifestyle, and goals

Evidence-informed: Grounded in current nutritional science, yet flexible enough to honor your body's individual responses

Empowering: My goal is to educate and support you in becoming the expert on your own body

Whether you're dealing with a specific health challenge or seeking to optimize your wellbeing, we'll work together to create sustainable changes that fit your real life.

Beyond My Practice

Outside of finding new recipes to share with my clients or listening to the best health podcasts, you can find me in the kitchen baking my favorite sweet treats, or or experimenting with a new recipe.

Crafting is my creative outlet and my way of slowing down — there's something about working with your hands that's just deeply grounding. And then there's Weston, my golden retriever, who makes sure I never skip a walk and greets every single day like it's the best one yet.

For me, balance isn't just a professional philosophy — it's how I try to live. Good food, creative joy, time outside, and a very fluffy companion.
